REAP YOUR HARVEST is a six-week small-group online program that takes participants on a spiritual wellness journey. This Bible-based wellness program challenges the Christian community to perform “spiritual health checks” on themselves. It emphasizes the importance of being good stewards over God’s temple (your body) and recognizing how one’s spiritual life and physical bodies are interrelated and intimately connected.

This program will take your group on a wellness journey, where healthy lifestyle habits will be introduced to help each participant develop their own unique and personal wellness practices. The goal is to promote a “WHOLE” lifestyle where each person will be empowered through the Holy Spirit to prosper both physically and spiritually.  By the end of the program, every participant will be able to see how nurturing your whole self – Mind, Body, and Spirit – helps you to do Kingdom work more effectively.
